Pay: £16.00 per hour + £1.00 Attendance Bonus

Hours:45.00 hrs a week Monday to Friday 8.00 am to 5.00 pm with 1 hour for lunch.

We are looking for an experienced maintenance / handy man who is reliable, trustworthy, friendly and self-motivated. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will deliver great customer service to our staff and tenants and be a friendly face of the company.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Role model the company values and behaviours at all times
• Check on list of jobs assigned at agreed times then carry them out
• Take on any urgent, short-notice jobs without major impact on job schedule
• Carry out fault-finding in a mixture of settings (commercial and domestic)
• Ensuring status of jobs is reported to admin/manager in a timely manner.
• Carry out maintenance, repair, and renewal jobs within the dealerships or residential / commercial properties.
• Respond promptly to customer/ Staff problems and jobs.
• We need all applicants to be able to cover all maintenance tasks, you do not have to be an expert in any one field just be able to do them all i.e Joinery, small Plumbing, decorating, gardening, electrical work, fault finding and general maintenance.
• Examine any reported faults or breakages then repair them to a high standard, sourcing any parts required, recording actions taken and liaising with other team as required.
• Maintain company van in a good state of cleanliness inside and out and driving at legal and appropriate speeds.

• Able to work flexible hours, including weekends( very rare )
• Ability to turn your hand to just about anything on a maintenance level that may arise within our dealerships or residential or commercial properties.
• Driver with clean licence
