The EV6 starts from £40,895, with the sports-inspired EV6 GT-line models starting from £43,895. Pricing for the high-performance GT model – capable of 0-100km/h in just 3.5 seconds and a 260km/h top speed – starts from £58,295.
The EV6 brings long-range zero-emissions power, 800V ultra-fast charging and distinctive styling to the crossover SUV market. It is Kia’s first car to be based on the new E-GMP (Electric-Global Modular Platform) dedicated battery-electric platform.
EV6 offers the versatile choice of a long-range (77.4kWh) battery pack capable of travelling over 510 kilometres (316 miles) on a single charge on the WLTP combined cycle or a standard-range (54.0kWh) battery pack, together with the option of two- and all-wheel drive drivetrains. Benefiting from the E-GMP platform, the EV6 is equipped with the latest 800V rapid charging technology that allows it to charge from 10 to 80 per cent in as little as 18 minutes.
The pioneering EV6 is the first of a planned 11 new battery-electric models from Kia to arrive by 2026 – with seven built on the E-GMP architecture and four derivative EVs based on existing models. To discover more about the car, customers should take a look at the EV6’s world premiere on Kia UK’s YouTube channel.
