Intelli-Seats for outstanding comfort
Long journey? You’ll arrive in great shape. The driver's seat features a central channel that reduces lower back pressure. GS and Ultimate seats are AGR-certified and 10-way manually adjustable. They also come with cushion extension, 4-way adjustable headrests and pneumatic lumbar adjustment. All seats are made from 100% recycled plastic bottles. Add the Leather Pack to upgrade your Ultimate: Nappa leather seats with ventilation, 5 massage modes and powered controls - which you can also operate from the 16” touchscreen. The leather tanning process is free of the use of pollutants like chromium and lead.
Ambient Lighting
Coloured ambient lighting makes the cabin an even more welcoming place to be and beautifully echoes the elegant illuminated elements that define the exterior. Light defines the forms and edges of the interior with the Pixel Box (protecting your phone while it charges), dash and sunroof are brilliantly outlined and emphasised. Choose from 7 available light tones. Ambient lighting is a standard feature from Grandland GS. The sunroof is part of the Ultimate trim.
That’s Infotainment
Standard on the GS and Ultimate is the 16” centre colour, HD touchscreen that enables a wide array of functions. Wirelessly mirror your phone’s content via Apple CarPlay/Android Auto while it charges (yes, wirelessly), use Bluetooth for handsfree streaming, calls and your voice to activate functions. The screen is so wide, your front seat passenger even has a dedicated area to regulate temperature, change music and more. All trims feature a 10” Driver Information Cluster which visualises driving and navigation information in your line of sight. Ultimate includes Intelli-HUD (Head Up Display) and Pure Mode to minimise driver distraction.
More than 35 litres of smart, safe storage.
The are places all over the Grandland to put things out of the way, out of sight, but also within easy reach. Let’s start with the centre console; the GS and Ultimate feature the Pixel Box - a closed storage area with an illuminated glass lid for valuables and wireless phone charging. Moving back, you’ll see two inline cupholders, which you can also slide away for more storage. Underneath, there’s an illuminated, open compartment for small bags. In between the front seats, you’ll love the cavernous, keep-cool compartment, topped with a “butterfly” armrest; great for drinks and snacks. The seats also come with phone pockets for rear passengers to keep their devices neatly stowed.
So much flexible bootspace
It’s not just one of the largest boot in its class, it’s also one of the most flexible cargo spaces too. Without folding any seats, you have a huge 550 litre space, including an adjustable load floor. Fold the second row forward and that space is tripled to 1,645 litres. The 40:20:40 rear seat arrangement allows you to configure the space to match whatever or whomever you’re transporting.
More and more motorists are choosing to drive electric and hybrid vehicles. As such, you’ll find plenty of charging points available across the UK, whether you’re in town, at work, or on the motorway.
Charging your electric vehicle (EV) or plug-in hybrid (PHEV) at home is simple. You can either use a standard three-pin socket, or invest in a wallbox. The wallbox is a much faster solution, cutting charge times down by several hours. And with manufacturer deals or government incentives often available on wallboxes, it’s a cost-effective option too.
Many workplaces are starting to provide rapid-charging facilities for employees’ vehicles. Indeed, government help is available for businesses, such as the Workplace Charging Scheme (WCS), which is provided by the Office for Zero Emission Vehicles (OZEZ). If your workplace doesn’t yet have rapid charging, you can plug into a three-pin socket.
