In light of the latest Government announcements, we would like to update you on how we are remaining open for business to support you through this period


DEALERSHIPS AND SOCIAL DISTANCING

As part of our responsibility for implementing the government’s social distancing guidelines, we’ve introduced a number of measures to help us keep customers safe. Our Social Distancing Measures Include:

  • Signs around the dealership, explaining how to keep a safe distance away from other customers and dealership staff
  • Information reminding you of all the measures that are in place to keep everyone safe
  • Ideally, appointments are limited to two customers (from the same household) and one member of staff at a time

HYGIENE PRACTICES IN OUR DEALERSHIPS

Our dealership staff are taking the precautionary measures to keep their showrooms clean and regularly clean and thoroughly disinfect all surfaces that staff and customers come into contact with.

All the vehicles in our showrooms are being cleaned and disinfected after every viewing by a customer, particularly the key surfaces on the exterior and inside the cabin. In the showroom, reading materials will not be available and seating has been arranged to accommodate a safe distance between staff and customers. Our dealership staff are also kitted out with all the necessary PPE to protect themselves and our customers.

Keeping our customers safe while they wait to be seen by a member of staff is obviously a major priority at all Suzuki dealerships.

As such, all furniture and electronics (such as tablets) will be regularly disinfected, while the seats will be positioned two metres apart from each other.

At this time, we will not have newspapers and magazines on display for customers and vending machines will be either disinfected regularly or out of use entirely.
