Exterior Design

The C5 Aircross has a bold and powerful look. Citroen have kept their usual strong graphic features with this model, and although made to look more subtle, it still has their trademarked air-bumps for added protection. 

The SUV comes with a broad and striking front, a high bonnet, large 720mm diameter wheels, rocker panel, wheel arch protectors and two-tone roof bars that sit above a large panoramic glazed roof. There are 30 available exterior combinations, with seven core body colours and three colour packs. ​​

Interior design 

The C5 Aircross has adopted a luxurious and classy interior with a stylish dashboard. 

There is a 12.3-inch digital display that shows the selected information easily viewed by the driver. The vehicle comes with plenty of space and knee-room to help keep its passengers comfortable. 

There are four possible interior themes to choose from that will help you further customise the interior of the vehicle. 

Engines

There are two petrol and two diesel engines to choose from. The petrol choices are the 178bhp 1.6 Puretech 180 and the 128bhp 1.2 Litre Puretech 130.

The two BlueHDI diesel options, a 1.5 litre and 2.0 litre have the same power outputs as their petrol counterparts. The gearbox has two available options, and these are a six-speed manual and an eight-speed automatic.

There will also be a plug-in hybrid version of the C5 Aircross in 2019 which will be able to drive up to 37 miles on electric power alone. 

​Technology

As mentioned above the C5 Aircross has 20 driver assistance technologies including Active safety brake, blind spot monitoring system, active lane departure warning and driver attention alert. The car also comes equipped with park assist and a reversing camera to help your drive effortless. For the more adventurous types, the C5 Aircross is excellent as it has features such as Hill Assist Descent, Hill Start Assist, Grip Control and different driving modes that can make your drive smoother no matter the conditions.
