NEW CITROEN DISPATCH VAN AT TATES CITROEN

CITROEN DISPATCH VAN AT TATES BRIGHTON & CRAWLEY - EAST & WEST SUSSEX

BOOK A TEST DRIVE

EXTERIOR DESIGN

The new Dispatch offers even great carrying capacity than the model it replaces, easily moving up to three Euro pallets at once.

Three lengths are available, corresponding to load volumes of 5.1m3, 5.8m3 and 6.6m3. A special Moduwork bulkhead and flip-up passenger seat means you can extend the load length to accommodate loads of over four metres like pipes and timber.

It’s available in van, crew van and chassis cab body styles too. All van versions come with twin sliding side doors.Mid-range Enterprise models add rear parking sensors, and top-of-the-range Enterprise Plus models feature alloy wheels, front fog lights and metallic paint.

INTERIOR DESIGN

The cabin of the Dispatch is practical for the busy working day, with a 12V socket and a USB port in the lower glove box. There’s room under the passenger seat for a pair of shoes or hard hat, and there’s cupholders everywhere for those essential takeaway coffees.

PERFORMANCE AND HANDLING

The Dispatch is powered by a range of 1.6-litre and 2.0-litre BlueHDI diesel engines, with five different power outputs and AdBlue technology to cut exhaust emissions.

Entry-level versions have a 93bhp engine, while a 113bhp version packs more power and comes with Stop/Start technology to achieve an incredible 55.4mpg while emitting 133g/km of CO2.

A 118bhp option provides a larger maximum towing limit, while a 148bhp option is a great for regular long-distance high-speed journeys. A 178bhp version is perfect if you need to carry a full payload and take advantage of the full towing capacity of 2.5 tonnes (braked) too.

SAFETY AND TECHNOLOGY

Every Dispatch features Bluetooth technology so you can safely take important calls on the go, plus a DAB radio and cruise control so you’ll arrive at jobs relaxed and entertained.

A speed limiter will help reduce the risk of accidents, and twin front airbags are there to protect in the event of the unavoidable. Upgrading to the Enterprise trim adds a seven-inch touchscreen, with screen mirroring via Apple CarPlay so you can use your iPhone as a sat nav, while Enterprise Plus adds a rear parking camera and automatic headlights.

Optional hands-free gesture controls activate the sliding doors so it’s easier than ever to load the van with your hands full of stuff, and a sector-first head-up display is also offered.

This provides a transparent screen in the driver’s eye-line that can show essential driving information like your actual speed (and the current speed limited), cruise control and speed limiter settings, navigation instructions, and collision risk alerts.
