GENERAL CHECKS
- Check windscreen condition
- Check internal and external mirror operation and condition
- Check window operation (manual or electric)
- Check exhaust emissions
- Check air conditioning vent temperature
- Re-set service indicator lights
- Clean vehicle exterior and hoover footwells
- Lubricate door hinges (if applicable)
- Check body damage including wheels and wheel trim
- Check horn operation
- Check front and rear wiper blade condition/washer operation
- Check operation of side lights and number plate lights
- Check indicators and hazard warning lights
- Check dip beam and main beam headlights
- Check reverse lights and stop lamps

UNDER BONNET CHECKS

- Visually check brake hydraulic system pipes and hoses for leaks, chafing and corrosion
- Check security of handbrake linkages and travel, lubricate as required
- Check conditions of tyres including spare and report findings and depths
- Check and adjust tyre pressure including spare
- Check propshaft/driveshafts, joints and gaiters for security and leaks
