Check front wheel bearings report play or noise

Remove front wheels

Check front brake discs for wear & condition

Check front brake pads for wear or damage

Check front callipers for wear & leaks

Refit front wheels, adjusting nut torque to manufacturer setting

Check rear wheel bearings and report play or noise

Remove rear wheels & check drum condition (where applicable)

Check rear brake discs for wear & condition (where applicable)

Check rear brake pads for wear or damage (where applicable)

Check rear wheel callipers for wear & leaks (where applicable)

Check brake shoes for wear (where applicable)

Check wheel cylinders for wear & leaks (where applicable)

Refit rear wheels, adjusting nut torque to manufacturer setting

Check condition of engine & gearbox mounts 

FINAL CHECKS

Reset service lights (if applicable) & mileage check

Stamp service book

Road test (final check)
